Quick Lazy Cook Perogies

ingredients
- 60 -100 wonton wrappers (round ones if you can find them)
- 1 3⁄4 cups mashed potatoes (I'm going to use instant)
- 3⁄4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped (just the green part)
- 1⁄4 cup bacon bits (I'll use imitation to keep it vegetarian)
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder
directions
- wonton wrappers are thin so use a pastry brush to brush a little water on one side of each and stick two together, wet sides inches.
- mix rest of ingredients, adjust to taste.
- fill wrappers, fold in half and use water along the edge to seal, be sure there's no holes.
- drop into boiling water for a min or two, don't over cook.
- if desired, pop into a frying pan with heated butter for a few min to crisp the outsides.
- serve with sour cream, chopped green onions, bacon bits, more cheddar, or whatever else you want.
