  • wonton wrappers are thin so use a pastry brush to brush a little water on one side of each and stick two together, wet sides inches.
  • mix rest of ingredients, adjust to taste.
  • fill wrappers, fold in half and use water along the edge to seal, be sure there's no holes.
  • drop into boiling water for a min or two, don't over cook.
  • if desired, pop into a frying pan with heated butter for a few min to crisp the outsides.
  • serve with sour cream, chopped green onions, bacon bits, more cheddar, or whatever else you want.
