  • Brew lemongrass and ginger tea bag in 1/4 cup hot water for five minutes.
  • While tea is brewing, pour ketchup into a serving bowl.
  • Add tea blend, soy sauce, Tabasco sauce and cayenne pepper and stir.
  • Pour in a small serving bowl and serve with shrimp or meat appetizers.
