Quick and Easy, Chocolaty & Creamy, Hot Cocoa

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 1 1/2 Cups
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 1⁄2 cups milk
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 6 miniature marshmallows (optional)

directions

1. Mix all dry ingredients (Exclude cinnamon) together in small, separate bowl.
2. Fill milk in coffee-mug.
3. Add cinnamon to milk, and heat to taste.
4. After heated, stir until cinnamon is dissolved.
5. After that, add dry ingredients, and stir.
6. Finally, after all dry ingredients are stirred, add vanilla extract.
7. To top it off, add some marshmallows! (Optional).

Sorry I couldn't rate this higher, Jake, but I, too, had a time getting the ingredients to dissolve, especially the cinnamon. And I think I would have liked a more chocolatey taste. Made for Comfort Cafe Summer 2009.

I really enjoyed the combination of flavors. But, I had trouble getting the dry ingredients to dissolve. I think it might have worked better if I had heated it in a pan on the stove while stirring.

Yum! This was quick, easy and yummy. Very nice flavor, the cinnamon was a nice touch.
