  • One: Thread a mint leaf and a marinated artichoke heart on the skewer; dust with cheese.
  • Two: Thread a grape, chunk of cheese, and a chunk of chorizo on the skewer.
  • Three: Thread a watermelon chunk, fresh basil leaf, followed by a cherry tomato; drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
  • Four: Thread a slice of jalapeno, chunk of avocado, and a wedge of jicama onto a skewer; spritz with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
  • Five: Drizzle mozzarella balls with olive oil. Roll one in red pepper flakes; wrap another with an anchovy fillet; squeeze third with lemon juice. Thread all three onto one skewer.
  • Six: Thread half a caper berry, a chunk of roasted red pepper, and a crouton on a skewer: drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Seven: Thread red pepper onto a skewer. Roll goat cheese in oregano, then thread onto skewer with red pepper.
  • Eight: Thread skewer with feta cheese, tomato, cucumber, and olive.
  • Nine: Wrap prosciutto around a small piece of rustic bread; thread onto a skewer with a leaf of fresh mint or fresh basil.
  • Ten: Thread skewer with cantaloupe and cucumber; season with salt, lime zest, and cracked black pepper.
