Pulled Pork With a Kick!

- 3 lbs boneless pork rib roast
- 750 ml pepperoncini peppers
- 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 -6 hoagie rolls
directions
- Place roast, chopped onion & the entire jar (including the liquid) of peppers in a crock-pot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours (or until the meat will easily shred with a fork).
- Empty most of the liquid and shred everything.
- Add your favorite bbq sauce (I suggested 1/2 cup but it could use more if you prefer). Mix & continue to cook for 1/2hr or so.
- Serve on hoagies. *Could top with coleslaw or cheese but I like it as is.
