ingredients

• 6 slices prosciutto
• 6 cups mac n cheese
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1⁄4 cup panko breadcrumbs

directions

1. preheat oven to 375.
2. place prosciutto slice in muffin pan cups.
3. fill with mac n cheese.
4. melt butter in a pan and toss in breadcrumbs till browned.
5. top each muffin tin with panko.
6. bake for 25 to 30 mins.
