- 1 (6 ounce) package au gratin potatoes
- 1 (12 ounce) can chunk light tuna, drained and chunked
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and drained
- 3⁄4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
directions
- Prepare potatoes according to package directions. While potatoes are standing, stir in tuna and onion. Arrange cooked broccoli in bottom of lightly greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Pour tuna-potato mixture over broccoli; top with cheese. Broil 3-4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
