Portuguese Portonic (White Port + Tonic)

"Are you having a Portuguese dinner themed night - try this Portonic! Measurements are pretty simple, just 2 to 1 white port and tonic"

ingredients

• ice cube
• 1 ounce white port, chilled
• 2 ounces tonic water, chilled
• 1 piece lemon zest

directions

1. Put the ice cubes in a highball glass.
2. Pour in the port and tonic water. Drop in the zest.

I'm not sure if you wrote the ingredients correctly. Cause you wrote 1 ounce white port and 2 ounces tonic water. And then I saw you wrote : just 2 to 1 white port and tonic. So I used 2 ounces of white port and 1 ounce of tonic water. It was good that way. Not sure if I would like with only 1 ounce of white port and 2 ounces of tonic water. White port alone is pretty sweet and I liked it better with tonic water. Thanks Deantini :) Made for Zaar Star Game
