  • In small bowl, combine salad dressing, mustard and pepper.
  • Brush both sides of pork chops with mixture.
  • In a small skillet cook chops, covered over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  • Turn chops, add sliced onion.
  • Cook, covered, 5 to 10 minutes more or till meat is tender.
  • To serve, place chops pon platter, top with onions and pan juices.
