- 1 whole wheat pita bread
- 2 tablespoons marinara sauce (or other pasta sauce)
- 1⁄4 of a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (Low-fat)

- basil, Cilantro, Powdered Garlic, Oregano or other herbs
- mushroom, Peppers, Onions etc

- Combine all ingredients on top of the pita bread. Put in Toaster Oven/Oven on high for 4-5 Minutes. Cut in pieces and enjoy!
