  • Thaw pastry and heat oven to 400*.
  • Roll dough thinly and cut into 3 inch squares, then cut in half to folm triangles.
  • Place 1 tsp of liver pate on one half of the triangles, then cover and press edges to seal.
  • Arrange triangles on a greased baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until well risen and golden brown.
  • Serve hot!
