- 250 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 200 g brown sugar
- 4 eggs (whole)
- 125 ml red wine (pinot noir, merlot, whatever you like)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
directions
- Beat butter, vanilla extract and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and continue mixing (for quite a while until batter is very creamy).
- Mix flour and baking powder.
- Add red wine and flour alternately to dough.
- Add cinnamon, cocoa and chocolate chips.
- Bake at 175°C for about 60 minutes.
