  1. This was a pretty good glaze but I thought the mustard was really overpowering and had too much of a bite to it. I added a little bit more of the other ingredients and it was great! I used it on your Lancaster County ham loaf recipe and it tasted just like my husband's grandma's recipe. Thank you for posting!
  2. very good! I used it for hamloaf! I halved it and had plenty and I didn't use the crushed pineapple, but used pineapple juice. I halved the water and just added the juice to equal 3/4 cup. I was dissappointed that it didn't have more flavor, but overall it was good!
  3. excellent glaze. i needed a last minute recipe for a ham glaze and this worked perfect. we had everything in the house already and the entire family thought it was delicious. thanks for the post.
  4. I used this on another Zaar recipe and made ham balls. I accidentally used extra dry mustard and used red wine vinegar. Everyone loved them. Will make again!
