  1. These were really good using fresh pineapple. It is so good this time of year. I only made a few of these for the two of us and adjusted the recipe accordingly. The sauce was really good with a nice little zip to it but not enough to overpower the fruit and bacon. Thanks for sharing. Made for PAC Spring 2012

  2. Wow thank you for sharing this sweet treat SusieQ207, it is a new family favorite. We usually just broil the bacon and pineapple chuncks, this is a nice change. I really enjoyed this sweet sticky treat. It was perfect. The pineapple sweet and juicy the bacon crisp and flavorful and the sauce was to die for. Sweet and tangy, a lovely addition to the bacon & pineapple. Made for Spring Pac 2012.

  3. Loved these! And really loved the flavor the sauce imparts. Sticky and a little sweet, these are perfect to serve to friends before dinner! I did reduce the recipe by half, but will make more next time! I also only had the multi-colored toothpicks, so I just used wooden skewers. Thanks for sharing a great recipe, SusieQ207! Made for Spring PAC 2012.
