  • Place crackers on foil lined baking pan.
  • Melt butter and sugar in saucepan, heat until boiling. Boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
  • Spread over crackers and bake @ 400 for 7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and immediately sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Let stand for 5 minutes and then spread the melted chocolate chips.
  • Cool and break into pieces.
  • You could add pieces of Andes Mints on top of chocolate before it cools, to give it a minty flavor.
