- 3 avocados
- 1⁄4 cup onion, minced
- 3⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
directions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed.
- With a spoon scoop out the insides and put in a medium bowl.
- Add onion, garlic powder, chili powder and lemon juice.
- With a potato masher, squash the avocados until creamy.
- Chop the tomato and fold in mixing everything well.
- Serve as a dip, sandwich filling or garnish.
