"A simple, fast cheese sauce for vegetables or over baked potatoes. From my east coast SIL."

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 1 1/2 cups
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 4 ounces milk (whole is the best)
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 2 ounces parmesan cheese
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion salt

directions

1. Heat milk and cream cheese over low heat stirring.
2. until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients. Serve over.
3. hot vegetables or baked potatoes.
