Pear Martini

• 2 ounces pear vodka
• 1 -2 teaspoon grapefruit juice
• 2 lime wedges, juice of

directions

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice.
2. Shake, and strain into a martini glass.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel (or pear slice if available).

I added 2 Tbsp of pink grapefruit for each 2 oz of pear vodka. Very nice, but definitely strong. Sugar around the rim was a great compliment to the drink. Made for Bevy Tag Sept 2008.

I used 2 teaspoon of grapefruit juice. And instead of 2 lime wedges, it was the juice of half a lime. This is so good. The taste is just perfect. We can still taste the pear vodka. Thanks Nancy. Made for Beverage tag.
