"So simple, so delicious. I used this on a veggie pita pocket, and I'm sure it will work well with any salad or veggie snack. Adapted from an idea over at lunchboxbunch.com. Kathy's recipe called for tahini, I subbed some organic peanut butter. Check her site out; brilliant."
