I am a widow and have been for 9 years now. I have 4 kids whom all live locally. Thank Goodness.I am retired. My favorite Cookbook is Home and Gardens. I also have great cookie recipes from a Canadian Better Living Cookbook. I love to cook and work on the internet also surfing the web. My pet peeves is the way the price of food is going up. A& P grocery store which was my favorite for for shelf prices was replaced 2 months ago with Metro. Their prices are really high. My Apple Pie is a great hit with all my family. Which is getting larger every day my 4 kids are all married , have children and some of those are married with children.
