  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine flour and baking soda in small bowl. Beat brown sugar, peanut butter, and granulated sugar in large mixer until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chunks. Press into ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan, distributing chunks evenly.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
