- 1 large parsley, bunch
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 tablespoon tahini paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 50 g walnut pieces
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- Slowly add the oil to a smooth paste.
- Season with salt to taste.
