  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) package thin spaghetti
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (you can use grated if u prefer)
  • 12 cup butter (or a half cup) or 1/2 cup margarine (or a half cup)
  • 1 vegetables, of your choice (Broccoli Corn or Peas is a favorite in our home)

  • Boil spaghetti as directed on package.
  • While spaghetti cooks, cook ground beef until no longer pink (season it as you like salt pepper garlic I usually cook ground beef in water to help reduce the fat). Drain ground beef once cooked.
  • Once spaghetti is tender, drain and return to pan. Add ground beef and butter to the spaghetti and stir till butter is completely melted, add parrmesan cheese and mixed together.
  • Cook vegetables as desired. You can mix them in or eat them on side.
