    Very nice taste, strawberries and creamy and chocolate. It's not difficult to make either, just that there are several separate components to be mixed and combined. This was the first time I made panna cotta, so I don't really have any good comparison.

    10 stars !!! The texture of the Panna Cotta is soft and light and devine, the chocolate-orange sauce is perfect and adding the strawberries into the equasion is heavenly. Serve THIS to your next dinner guests and I defy them not to be impressed. I had some rectangle shaped metal moulds and some smaller round ones ( Gift from Zaar member Pets'R'us ) and both were brilliant for this panna cotta. The only and only change that I made was that I added a tad more Grande Marnia than the recipe called for... ok more than a tad LOL... opps and a bit more chocolate too. It's SO easy to make the panna cotta the evening before your dinner party and put the rest together at the last minute. Please see my rating system: 5 excellent stars for a recipe that stunningly takes the fruit, sauce and panna cotta and make it into a match made in heaven. I still have the rest of panna cottas and more strawberries and sauce in the fridge and I needed to force myself not to make a whole new plate and devour it ALL. DH assures me that "leftovers will be NO problem Honey", he offered to "take care of" the rest too, we may come to blows ! If I was served this as an expensive restaurant I would be one happy diner. How excellent that I can make this at home. Thanks !

<p>I live in Canada our winters are far to long and cold. I like to try new recipes. I don't really have a favorite cookbook. I enjoy reading fiction, my friends,good conversation,gardening,and the great outdoors. Love to travel, by plane, boat or automobile. My pet peeves are inconsiderate drivers who stop on a main road holding up traffic. <br />I'd really enjoy spending some time camping IN THE SUMMER by a beach or go the caribbean in the winter-- to the beach at one of the all inclusive clubs they always have a lot of different foods to try.. <br /><br /><a href=><img src=;c=5589268 border=0 alt=HTML Counter /></a><a href=>Dell</a> <a href=>Server Computers</a></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><br />Participation &amp; Awards:</p> <p><a href=></a></p> <p><img src= alt= /></p> <p><img src= alt=Image hosted by /> <br /><br /><img src= border=0 alt=Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket /> <img src= border=0 alt=Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket /> <br /><br /><img src= alt= /> <br /><br /><img src= alt= /> <br /><br /><img src= alt= /> <br /><br /><img src= alt= /> <br /><br /><img src= border=0 alt=Annacia's banner for Zaar Tag /><img src= border=0 alt=Susie's Banner for Newest Zaar Tag /> <br /><br /><img src= border=0 alt=Photobucket&gt; /></p>
