  • In a blender Grind mint, coriander & green chillies together without adding water.
  • Mix paneer, carrots, mint-coriander- green chilli paste, onions, mayonnaise, chilli flakes, Italian herbs & required salt together.
  • Now take 3 slices at a time. Cut off the edges & flatten them using rolling pin.
  • Now attach the three slices together by applying water on the edges & roll again with rolling pins.
  • Spread the filling on the flattened bread evenly.
  • Now roll the bread & cut into equal parts.
  • Beat eggs, chilli flakes, Italian herbs, black pepper powder & required salt.
  • Dip each roll into egg mixture & toast on tawa with required amount of butter.
  • Serve with any sauce of your choice.
