- 10 -12 bread, slices
- 1 cup panir, grated
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup mint leaf
- 1⁄2 cup coriander leaves (cilantro)
- 3 green chilies
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried Italian herb seasoning
- 2 eggs
- salt, as required
- butter, as required
directions
- In a blender Grind mint, coriander & green chillies together without adding water.
- Mix paneer, carrots, mint-coriander- green chilli paste, onions, mayonnaise, chilli flakes, Italian herbs & required salt together.
- Now take 3 slices at a time. Cut off the edges & flatten them using rolling pin.
- Now attach the three slices together by applying water on the edges & roll again with rolling pins.
- Spread the filling on the flattened bread evenly.
- Now roll the bread & cut into equal parts.
- Beat eggs, chilli flakes, Italian herbs, black pepper powder & required salt.
- Dip each roll into egg mixture & toast on tawa with required amount of butter.
- Serve with any sauce of your choice.
