DIRECTIONS

  • Cook sausage, drain and cool.
  • Beat eggs, milk and mustard. Stir in cheese. Break bread into cubes and add to egg mixture. Add sausage. Pour into 9x13 pan and refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Reheats well.
