- 2 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Topping

-
Frosting
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup whole milk
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine first 6 ingredients until smooth and set aside.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and chocolate. Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Stir in eggs and vanilla. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, and nuts, stirring until blended.
- Spread batter into a 13x9 inch bakin pan coated with cooking spray (I don't use cooking spray at all--I use my butter wrappers to grease the pan).
- Spread filling over batter. For topping, in a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and nuts and sprinkle over filling.
- Bake until almost set, about 28 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 2 minutes longer.
- For frosting, in a large saucepan, heat butter, milk, cream cheese, and chocolate until melted, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in confectioners' sugr and vanilla.
- Immediately drizzle over marshmallows.
- Chill well and cut into bars (I ate them warm and skipped that part).

I love to try new recipes, and this is a wonderful site to find new additions. I rarely make the same thing twice because it's so much fun to try something different. My life long dream is to travel the world and eat my way around it.
