- 200 ml valencia orange juice
- 50 g low-fat passionfruit yogurt

- Blend both ingredients until smooth and frothy, and drink immediately.
- Notes & tips.
- Tip: Try using tasty low-fat peach and mango yoghurt. Change the yoghurt to cherry and add a scoop of berry ice cream.
- Other combos to try: Mixed berries such as strawberries and raspberries.

I live in Keilor Downs, Victoria in Australia. I am a receptionist in Melbourne. My favorite cook books are anything Weight Watchers or Simply 2 good 2 be true also any muffin or scone cook books.
