Orange Scallops

"Dead easy recipe for scallops that appeared in "Relish Magazine" an occasional insert in our local newspaper. I think I'd want to add a little hot sauce or chili flakes next time, as the hotness would counterbalance the sweetness of the marmalade nicely."

• Serves: 3-4

ingredients

• 1 lb sea scallops
• 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
• 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce

directions

1. Create marinade from last 3 ingredients (with possible addition of some hot sauce or cayenne, to your taste).
2. Toss with scallops.
3. Saute until done.
