  • Put potatoes in a large pot, cover with water.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer ten minutes until potatoes become tender.
  • Drain and put potatoes in a casserole dish.
  • In a small pot, melt butter.
  • Add brown sugar, orange juice and cinnamon and stir.
  • Once the sauce is mixed, pour over the potatoes and bake at 350 for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and to allow sauce to coat evenly.
