ingredients

• 2 pints half-and-half
• 2 pints heavy cream
• 1 pint milk
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 1⁄2 cups orange blossom honey

directions

1. heat milk half and half and heavy cream to simmer reduce heat.
2. add honey blend well till thick.
3. place mixture in ice cream machine.
4. serve when semi hard.
