I just loved this recipe.I usually dont bake my chicken because I usually buy boneless, skinless chicken breasts and I find it to dry,but this was not the case. They were perfect, juicy and with just a hint of lemon.....mmmmm....I did everything the recipe said and I served it with white rice and soy sauce! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!~!

It tasted really nice...but i dont know where i went wrong.......becasue the chicken's breadedcrumb was not crispy...it got all soggy......but i still think it tasted awesome......I wish it was crispy!!!.....maybe i will give it another shot.....and will definitely make again. My 2 yearold son absolutely adored it.....maybe keep experimenting till i get a crispy coating....But all in all.........amazing recipe...easy to make....
