- 8 ounces brick cream cheese
- 7 ounces of pimento stuffed green olives
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
directions
- drain olives, saving juice for later.
- beat cream cheese until almost starting to fluff.
- combine all ingredients except for olive juice.
- refrigerate overnight, covered, allowing flavers to develope and blend.
- adjust texture and flavor with reserved olive juice and possibly lemon juice.
- Service on crackers or you can stuff celery.
