  1. Good recipe. I did not use the crock pot though, just did it on the stove because I'm kind of fussy about chicken. The mix of sweet and spicy was really nice. I added some hot sauce to give it a bit more heat. Served with black beans and rice it made for a really nice meal

  2. Not bad, Not great, easy to make my self i will not make it again it just didn't have the pizzazz i was looking for.

  3. We loved this! Using my crock-pot, I cooked (2) right-from-the-freezer, skinless, bone-in chicken breasts on low for 6 hours. Since I used an all-fruit apricot jam, I squeezed in a bit of honey to give the sauce a cling-factor. The chicken was fall-apart tender and the salsa and taco seasoning ( I used recipe #256141 ) the perfect counterpoint to the sweetness of the sauce. This will be an oft repeated dish for this lazy cook. Thanks for posting!

  4. I think next time I'll use the oven option. I think the chicken will be moister that way. This is extremely easy and makes a nice meal. Thanks for the recipe, Lorac.

  5. Loved it! I did it in the oven as well. I made this for 2 servings using boneless skinless breasts. I used sugar-free apricot preserves. This made a lot of sauce and was wonderful over rice. Thank you!
