Oh-My-Goodness Blueberry Goodness!
- Ready In:

2-3
ingredients
- 4 1⁄2 ounces blueberries (one small package)
- 2 teaspoons butter, divided
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, divided
- 1⁄3 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄3 cup Bisquick
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
directions
- Use a small baking dish, or divide a pie pan in half with creative use of aluminum foil like I did (no small dishes available) ;).
- Rinse fresh blueberries and put in the bottom of the dish. I'm sure frozen would work as well. Sprinkle with half the brown sugar.
- Melt 1tsp butter in a bowl and mix in the oatmeal, bisquick, and remaining brown sugar.
- Spread the mixture over top of the blueberries.
- Drizzle the remaining butter over top, then pour the orange juice over all.
- Bake at 350 for about half an hour, until it's golden brown and smells so good you can't wait any longer. Let it sit to cool slightly.
- Serve while still warm with ice cream or whipped cream, if possible!

I get almost every recipe off of Zaar unless I make it up myself, and I rate them all. I rate honestly -- if you get five stars from me, you DESERVED them because your recipe had the WOW factor!

1-star -- Sorry, but this REALLY didn't work for us. We threw it away and went out for pizza.
2-star -- This was edible, but barely. We ate it but won't make it, or anything like it, again.
3-star -- This was okay, but not one of our favorites. I might try it again with modifications, or I might not.
4-star -- This was quite good. We liked it and I will probably make it again.
5-star -- This was EXCELLENT and we will make it again and again. It really WOW'd us!
