Oatmeal Walnut Sensation

- 1 (200 g) package oatmeal cookie mix
- 2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 36 squares caramel chocolate bars
- 36 walnut halves
directions
- In a bowl, whisk together oatmeal cookie mix, chopped walnuts and flour. Stir in butter to form stiff dough.
- Shape a heaping tablespoon of dough around chocolate caramel square and arrange on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet- 2-inches apart.
- Press a walnut half onto each cookie.
- Bake in the center of a 350F oven until light golden, 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool for 1 minute before transferring to rack to let cool completely. Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days, Freeze for up to 1 month.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
