Very good cookies. I had to throw out my raisins...they were dried out and looked weird. So I substituted craisins and it was a very good substitute in a pinch. Unless you have very small children who want a cookie in each hand, I recommend that you make large scoops of dough when you drop them on the cookie sheet. I made small teaspoon dropping for the first two trays and they were very small cookies...too small for adults. These cookies do not spread. However you drop them is the way they will bake. You might want to smash them a little to get flatter cookies. Nothing wrong with their taste however! Good recipe.
