  • Soak almonds for 24 hours, and then rinse and drain.
  • Soak sunflower seeds for 4 - 6 hours, and then rinse and drain.
  • Process almonds and sunflower seeds in a food processor until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge - will keep up to 1 week.
