Great! I have been making vegetarian chopped liver for years and years, the only difference is that I have used mushrooms instead of green beans. This tastes almost the same as my own recipe and I am delighted to have a "new twist" on an old and loved recipe. Used 1tsp salt, about 4 swirls on the pepper-mill and a dash of chili peppers. Oh, and I sauteed some garlic with the onion (about 4 cloves, garlic goes with almost everything...........). Thanks for posting.
