Nora Bars

"Super easy to make and clean up after - one bowl, and can get into the oven in ten minutes or less. Lots of healthy ingredients (and a few unhealthy ones) - most, if not all, will already be in your pantry gathering dust."

directions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees for glass dish). Coat 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  • Put butter into large, microwave-safe bowl; microwave for as long as it takes for it to get very soft and partially melted. Add graham crackers and stir. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. Layer evenly with chocolate chips, coconut, craisins and nuts. Press down firmly with a fork or your hand covered by a Ziploc bag.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned (careful – the walnuts don’t brown much and can be deceptive.) Cool. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store covered at room temperature.
