This was really good. I was worried about the sauce that you pour over the meatloaf just before cooking. It was very thin and I didn't think it would turn out. I basted the meatloaf with the liquid in the pan a couple of times and it did reduce as it cooked. I liberally sprinkled worcestshire sauce over the meat before adding the sauce. I added an extra teaspoon of ground mustard for our taste's. My mom went back for seconds and my mom never has seconds of anything. Probably why she is so thin. Thanks!
