  • 16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 14 cups white sugar
  • 12 cup whipping cream
  • 6 large eggs

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 8 inch round pan and line bottom with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl combine chocolate chips, butter,hot whipping cream and 1 cups sugar. Stir until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip eggs with remaining 1/4 cup sugar until fluffy. Fold into chocolate mixture. Pour batter into pan.
  • Place pan on a cookie sheet in the oven and fill the cookie sheet with water.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool and refrigerate for several hours. Be extremely careful not to burn yourself on the hot water when removing the sheet pan from the oven.
  • Dip the pan in hot water to remove cooled cake.

  1. Ok I just made this for dessert for tonight. After the smell of it baking, I could not resist. I had to try a tiny piece. This is heavenly! Wanted to eat more than just my little sliver. Extremely easy and quick to make.
