No Egg Caesar Dressing

"This is a version of a recipe printed right on a salad dressing mixing jar- I believe it is a Pampered Chef product."

• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and pressed
• 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
• 3 ounces canola oil
• 3 ounces extra virgin olive oil
• 1 ounce water

1. Place all ingredients into a jar, cover and shake until thoroughly combined.
