New Zealand Steamed Mussels

"My husband is a seafood lover and he likes it nice and simple. Try this out."

• Ingredients: 7
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 2 kg mussels, with shells
• 1 cup white wine
• 1 onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 2 tablespoons mixed herbs
• 100 ml cream

directions

1. Steam mussels in all ingredients, but cream, under cover until opened.
2. Once opened remove mussels and pour in cream in the "mussel stock".
3. Heat and pour over mussels.
