directions

  • 1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. I put the multigrain cereal in first, then cover with warm milk and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Then I add the rest of the ingredients.
  • 2. Select the Medium Dark Crust setting, and press Start. Alternatively use the dough cycle, then bake in the oven.

  1. Made for my PAC BABY 2011. I love multigrain bread and this is one of those recieps I will make often. I used a blend of cereal from Corn check to FiberOne to Total. Blended together and crushed. I also topped the bread off with some sesame seeds. This gaveit a nice buttery crunch. Used for a soup and salad night at home. Made ham sammies with melted mozzerella cheese. Nice.

  2. This is a good version of whole grain bread. You might want to add which kind of muligrain cereal you use as i am not sure if this is supposed to be a sweetbread or not. I used a seed mixture for a non sweet bread. I was nice, especially toasted with butter and cheese.
