  • Roughly chop the walnuts, almonds and linseeds in a coffee grinder or food processor.
  • Place in a bowl, and stir in the honey. Add the yogurt or cheese if desired.
  • Season with lemon or orange juice to taste. Peel and dice strawberries (or other fruit). Divide the mixture into two bowls, and sprinkle with the fruit.
  • Drizzle with oil and serve.
