- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 pint strawberry ice cream
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, topped & washed
directions
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water, then add the cold water. Add the ice cream and when it melts add the fresh strawberries. Pour into a mold or a glass serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
