- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ

Yum! Love the flavor combo in this one! I used frozen mixed berries for the raspberries, from which I picked out a combo of blackberries and raspberries. This smoothie is very, very thick. I have a brand new blender and it took it a loooong time to mash up the peaches and get it to the desired consistency. It is also very thick to drink. I think next time I will add 1/2 cup skim milk to it to help make it more smooth. I LOVE the taste so I know I'll be making it again! Thanks for sharing.

Like a peach melba smoothie! We wanted something light, cool and healthy for dinner tonight and this was it. Very healthy...not quite sweet enough for us so after a taste test I added a little frozen banana to sweeten it up. I might play with the proportions next time and increase the volume of peaches to raspberries. Thank you BerrySweet!
