ingredients
- 4 tablespoons yellow moong and urad dal paste
- 2 tablespoons potatoes, peeled,boiled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- oil, to fry
directions
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl, except the oil.
- Knead well using your palms.
- Make into small round balls (pakoris).
- Heat oil in a broad pan.
- Drop by tbsps.
- into the oil.
- Deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve with mint chutney.
