Mom's Seasoned Toast

- Ready In:
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
- Cut bread into 1/2" thick slices, spread with butter.
- Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with spices (and Parmesan) and place under broiler until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes.
